In this role, you'll be involved in 70% recruitment, 30% HR operations and will have 100% ownership of the problem statements you tackle. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build accurate job descriptions. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and optimize time-to-hire and quality of hire. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing and HR teams. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and ethical hiring practices. Qualifications/Expectations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior recruiter role. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting for diverse roles across different functions and levels.
