About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to own and drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, lead a small recruiting team, and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and confident managing hiring pipelines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing plans. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, and networking events. Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication through the hiring process. Mentor and support junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators. Prepare and post job descriptions that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Manage ATS systems: candidate tracking, pipeline updates, interview notes, reporting. Coordinate candidate assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate sources) and share reports with leadership. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment, privacy, and human rights legislation. Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume or specialized roles. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and online branding initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring. Experience hiring across multiple functions (technical, corporate, operations, etc.). Strong understanding of Canadian employment laws, privacy standards, and recruitment best practices. Previous experience mentoring or leading recruiters is an asset. Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
