Lead Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles across all levels.

 Collaborate with department heads and senior management to define hiring needs and

design effective recruitment strategies.

 Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and ensure

process compliance.

 Source and assess candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,

and networking.

 Oversee interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.

 Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, hiring quality) and present regular

performance reports.

 Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

 Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.

 Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking to stay updated on hiring trends.

 Partner with HR and business teams to ensure seamless on boarding and workforce

planning.

 Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal recruitment policies.

 Proven experience in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies.

 Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

 Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and HR analytics.

 Experience hiring for niche and senior-level roles.

 Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

 Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
