Escalation Specialist Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with delivery partners for live order updates 2. Respond to inbound order-related tickets via CRM 3. Log every conversation and escalate issues as per SOP 4. Track and update the escalation sheet daily 5. Make post-delivery feedback calls 6. Handle unresolved delivery issues or customer complaints 7. Conduct site visits where required 8. Manage refunds, cancellations, and exchanges in coordination with the reporting manager 9. Coordinate across sales, procurement, delivery, and CS teams for resolution 10. Review client feedback forms and flag dissatisfied responses 11. Take ownership of high-risk or delayed orders Key skills required: 1. Strong verbal and written communication (English and Kannada mandatory, Hindi is an added advantage) 2. Assertive, persistent, and confident in tone 3. Excellent client handling and problem-solving skills 4. Calm under pressure and deadline-driven 5. Ability to follow processes and document every step 6. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets 7.
