Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to learn and excel in hiring for artificial intelligence, digital, and healthcare sectors, which are high in demand. While your primary focus will be recruitment, you will also gain exposure to HR software such as keka and zoho, along with involvement in various support activities. Additionally, top performers will have the chance to earn ESOPs on top of their salary and incentives due to the company's upcoming stock market listing. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver on hiring numbers - Assist with Sourcing and Screening: - Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to identify potential candidates. - Review resumes and applications to screen for basic qualifications. - Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit. - Coordinate Recruitment Activities: - Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates. - Assist in preparing interview questions and evaluation forms. - Support Onboarding Processes: - Help with the preparation of offer letters and new hire paperwork. - Assist in the coordination of new hire orientation and training sessions. - Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. - Administrative and Ad Hoc Tasks: - Prepare recruitment-related reports and presentations. - Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to various HR projects. - Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
