Lead Product Manager

As a Product Manager at UKG, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the direction of complex features and enhancements for the Pro suite. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and documenting stories and conditions of acceptance with input from stakeholders - Validating proposed value with customers and prospects using research, prototypes, and designs - Managing cross-team dependencies throughout the development process and delivery - Participating in roadmap building sessions and dialogue with Product and Engineering leaders - Prioritizing requirements and evaluating trade-offs - Communicating with multiple stakeholders to ensure business problems or opportunities are fully understood - Leading knowledge transfer events to prepare customers and the organization for new product releases - Curating content with the UKG Learning team to help internal and external customers adopt new functionality - Driving features through the development process by working with Engineering and user experience teams Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience - 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Product Manager or Product Owner role - Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office - In-depth experience in developing mobile and/or web user interfaces - Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to collaborate with development partners and communicate complex concepts effectively - Proven decision-making and team building skills - Innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and drive business outcomes - Exceptional partnership skills to lead development teams effectively UKG is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
