As a Brand Manager in our company based in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth through the effective activation of marketing strategies and robust business development initiatives. Your role will involve creating and executing the annual marketing plan, building product-specific strategies, and leading new and innovative channel strategies to ensure incremental revenue for the category. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve primary sales targets and improve market share using the 4Ps framework. To be successful in this role, you should have a Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing. You must possess a keen creative sensibility and be able to craft compelling customer marketing actions. Additionally, you should have skills in trade marketing, customer insights, category analysis, collaboration and partnership, channel strategy, digital analytics, and growth marketing. This position may require travel for conferences, CMEs, RTMs, and other events. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours may be necessary to support business operations. Experience in the healthcare background will be preferred for this role.
