Lead Product Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own and scale one of our consumer charters. You will shape product strategy, align cross-functional teams and deliver experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. As a Lead PM, you will mentor a team of PMs while remaining hands-on across the full product lifecycle - from discovery through launch and iteration - ensuring that plans turn into high-quality shipped features.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap : define product objectives, prioritise initiatives based on market insights, user needs and business goals
• Drive execution : craft clear product specifications, collaborate closely with Design, Engineering and Growth to help them in delivering key product objectives
• Champion innovation: identify industry-first opportunities and build compelling product use cases to help improve the experience for our users
• Measure and iterate: own key product metrics and use data to guide continuous improvement.
• Lead the team : mentor Product Managers, and set clear goals, provide actionable feedback and foster a high-ownership culture.
  

What You'll Need

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years leading Product Managers
• Demonstrated ownership in launching and scaling B2C products to millions of users with strong release cadence.
• Deep understanding of growth funnels, activation triggers and retention mechanics.
• High agency and bias for action with a track record of turning plans into shipped features regularly
• Strong UX intuition paired with analytical rigour (comfortable with SQL/Mixpanel).
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Nice to haves : ex-founder, fintech B2C expertise, and proven experience with 0-to-1 product launches
