About the Role:

Lead – Operations



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise day-to-day logistics operations, including warehouse management, dispatch coordination, and transportation scheduling.
  • Oversee the

    entire supply chain process

    from sourcing to final delivery, ensuring cost-effective and timely execution.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize daily logistics operations to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage

    transportation operations

    , ensuring vehicle availability, route planning, and delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Customer Service) and external vendors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and service quality.
  • Analyse performance data and prepare

    revenue and operational reports

    for management review.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to meet individual and departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and government regulations related to logistics and transportation.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
  • Handle operational escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues impacting delivery or service.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations,

    warehouse and dispatch coordination

    , and

    transportation management

  • Experience in

    end-to-end supply chain oversight

    , including sourcing, storage, and delivery.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and logistics management systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
