Lead Operations

You are a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations sought to lead and optimize warehouse operations across multiple locations in the Warehousing & Supply Chain, 3PL industry. With over 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction through strategic planning and people management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, driving process standardization and cost optimization, and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders. Your strategic planning and execution skills will be crucial in developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability. You will also be responsible for client onboarding, vendor management, team leadership, and compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Leveraging data analytics and industry best practices, you will implement performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as industry exposure in 3PL operations. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation, and client management is essential. A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, along with certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP, will be advantageous. Your ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams across multiple locations will be key to fostering a culture of ownership, process excellence, and safety compliance. You will set performance KPIs, conduct reviews, and ensure accountability at all levels. Working Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, you will drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and risk management initiatives to mitigate operational disruptions and drive continuous improvement.,
