Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, coordinating with the sales team, processing and tracking orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
