Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Job description:

Tempo Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales

Executive to join our Diagnostic Consumables division. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for generating leads, identifying the right buyers and channel partners, and

managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. The role also includes applying

for hospital and government tenders for our diagnostic consumable products.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential customers including diagnostic dealers, diagnostic

labs, hospitals, clinics, and government institutions.

 Identify Correct Buyers:

Research and connect with key decision-makers such as purchase managers,

pathologists, lab in-charges, and procurement officers.

 Channel Development:

Identify and onboard appropriate channel/distributor partners in untapped or strategic

territories to expand market presence.

 Sales & Negotiation:

Promote diagnostic consumables through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online

meetings.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders effectively while ensuring customer

satisfaction.

 Tender Participation:

Apply for hospital and government tenders (including GeM portal) related to

diagnostic consumables.

Handle documentation, compliance, and follow-ups to ensure successful bidding.

 Order Management & Follow-up:

Track inquiries, follow up on quotes, convert leads to orders, and coordinate with the

dispatch team for timely delivery.

 CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales records, lead data, and customer interactions using Excel or

CRM tools. Report weekly sales progress and targets.

Key Skills Required:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Good understanding of diagnostic consumables market

 Negotiation and order-closing capabilities

 Knowledge of channel sales/distributor network development

 Experience in GeM and government/hospital tender application

 Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic CRM usage

Educational Qualification:

 Graduate in Commerce, Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or a

related field (preferred)
