Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate and qualify prospective leads

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure proper handling and tracking of inbound leads

• Maintain and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups

• Prepare presales drafts, proposals, and customer presentations

• Handle agreement preparation, including NDAs, AMCs, and other commercial documents

• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for internal and client discussions

• Create accurate quotations, pricing sheets, and cost estimates

• Manage support contracts for existing customers and ensure proper documentation

• Track and coordinate AMC renewals, including customer communication and renewal follow-ups

• Coordinate with finance, legal, technical, and delivery teams for approvals and inputs

• Participate in marketing campaigns, product demos, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Sales Support, or similar roles

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across team.
