Job Description

Inside Sales Coordinator

Freshers or Experienced
Work Location - Chennai , Day shift

Excellent communication in English / Hindi

Gender - Only Female

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries
Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and accounts teams
Maintain and update customer data in
CRM
systems
Track sales orders, payments, and delivery status
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls
Prepare sales reports and daily/weekly MIS
Support post-sales activities and customer relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree (any discipline)
Freshers or 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales / sales coordination
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
