Flexmoney’s mission is to “Re-imagine Consumer Credit” for the mobile-first digital

consumer. Our omni-channel embedded finance and affordability platform enables merchants,

brands and partners to seamlessly embed contextual affordability options across all customer

touchpoints and sales channels, so as to drive higher conversion and increase customer

satisfaction and loyalty. We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs) to

develop and offer RBI-compliant, digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.


Flexmoney was instrumental in working with Banks and merchants to create and establish

the “Cardless EMI” product category in the market, enabling lenders to offer a fully-digital

transacting EMI instrument at to their users at checkout without the need for a credit card.

Our market-leading Cardless EMI platform powers affordability for 68,000+ online

merchants (including direct integration with marquee merchants Flipkart, Amazon and

MakeMyTrip) across categories such as travel, insurance, home, fashion, sports, electronics,

mobiles, health and wellness. We offer the largest supply of pre-approved digital EMI

credit lines (60M+) to help drive best-in-class digital affordability coverage and conversion

for our merchants and brand customers.


To power the next phase of Flexmoney’s growth, we are bringing to market a best-in-class

Omni-channel Embedded Finance and Affordability Suite - InstaCred 3601. Our new platform

will enable merchants, brands and partners to seamlessly embed digital financing options

across all sales channels: online, telesales, in-store and field-sales, enabling sales associates

to drive higher conversion by surfacing actionable digital affordability options to the consumer

much higher up the sales funnel. InstaCred 360 will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc


We are looking for a driven senior Sales Leader with solid experience in Lender Enterprise

Sales as well as Digital Lending and Credit products, to lead Sales, Monetization and New

Partnerships for Lending Partners. This person will build and lead a high-performance sales

and partnership team that will be responsible for acquiring new lending partners, monetizing

and deepening existing lender relationship, be responsible for lender enablement and success

with our platforms and solutions and also identify and partner with appropriate ecosystem players to co-create new credit and other financial products that can be effectively distributed via Flexmoney’s merchant and commerce partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Lender Acquisition & Partnerships

o Identify, procure, and onboard a curated supply of digital lenders and credit partners across commerce categories and demand channels (enterprise merchants, verticals, aggregators, partnerships).

o Market-map and segment the lending ecosystem, co-creating tailored credit products with partners to suit different commerce segments and scenarios.

o Develop business plans for lender acquisition, including market sizing, segmentation, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and target account planning.

o Serve as the custodian of regulatory and ecosystem-level enablers pertaining to lending; ensure compliance with evolving policies and guidelines.


2. Credit Supply & Product Enablement

o Work with lenders and internal stakeholders to design and enable appropriate credit supply via product enhancements, underwriting innovation, credit policy negotiations, and new partnership models.

o Collaborate with product, risk, and technology teams to deliver frictionless digital onboarding journeys for customers across different commerce channels.

o Conceive, plan, and launch new lending products to drive adoption and expand credit penetration.


3. Monetization & Revenue Growth

o Drive relentless monetization of lender portfolios across all demand channels (merchants, aggregators, and direct-to-consumer).

o Enable revenue growth through lender and merchant offers, cross-sell and up-sell of

additional BFSI products (e.g., insurance, wealth), and innovative monetization opportunities.

o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with predictable conversion to achieve business targets.


4. Team Leadership & Sales Culture

o Build, mentor, and retain a high-performance sales and partnerships team.

o Establish a metrics-driven culture with aggressive but achievable sales targets,

predictable sales motion, and transparent reporting to senior management and investors.

o Provide regular updates on business plan achievements, portfolio health, and monetization performance.


5. Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management

o Work with lenders to monitor portfolio performance, optimize approval rates, and

manage risks.

o Continuously identify levers to improve unit economics for both lenders and Flexmoney.


Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in lender partnerships, business development, BFSI

alliances, or digital lending ecosystems.

• Strong track record of acquiring and managing financial institutions (banks, NBFCs, fintech

lenders) for embedded finance or consumer lending platforms.

• Deep understanding of digital lending, credit products, risk underwriting, and

regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, sales leadership, and portfolio monetization.

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
