Job Title: Java Lead – Full Stack Technical Lead Location: Gurugram, India Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience Required: 10+ Years Note - JAVA with React Mandatory We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Java Technical Lead with deep hands-on experience in both backend (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (React.js) development. This leadership role involves guiding cross-functional teams, delivering scalable enterprise solutions, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle. Prior experience with Active Directory (AD) integration for authentication and authorization is a must. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams (Java backend & React.js frontend). Define coding standards, architecture, and best practices across the full technology stack. Act as the primary technical advisor to business stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Full Stack Development Oversight Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Guide the development of modern, responsive frontends with React.js and UI frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap). Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend via RESTful APIs. Lead performance tuning, security enhancements, and code refactoring. Active Directory (AD) Integration Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using AD. Integrate AD with Java backend using Spring Security (LDAP, SAML, or SSO). Work closely with IT teams to ensure proper AD setup and compliance with enterprise security standards. Project Delivery & Agile Practices Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives. Track progress, mitigate technical risks, and ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate effectively with product owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams. Code Quality & Testing Promote best practices in code review, unit testing, and integration testing. Drive adoption of modern testing tools and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with accessibility and responsive design standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software development with strong full stack proficiency. Expert in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and RESTful API design. Strong frontend skills using React.js , Redux/Context API , and component libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap). Proven experience integrating Active Directory (AD) with Java using Spring Security, SAML, or SSO. Strong knowledge of Oracle databases , stored procedures, and backend integrations. Familiar with IBM HTTP Server (IHS) , WebSphere Application Server (WAS) , and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of Kafka , Agile methodologies, and SDLC. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or GCP . Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of enterprise-grade security and performance best practices.
