Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

Influence and improve customer satisfaction

Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

About the Role We are looking for two experienced engineers to join the Glean team at T-Mobile, focused on building next-generation Agentic AI solutions. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise systems and leverage GenAI capabilities to deliver seamless employee experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Agentic AI architectures using Glean, OpenAI and other LLM platforms. • Build and optimize multi-agent workflows for HR, IT, and enterprise support use cases. • Integrate with Azure and GCP cloud services, including APIs, storage, and identity management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, data contracts, and deployment pipelines. • Contribute to the evolution of our GenAI platform, including prompt engineering, context management, and feedback loops. • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven services in production. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years in Agentic AI or LLM-based systems. • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript. • Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. • Solid understanding of API design, RESTful services, and JSON-based data exchange. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities. Nice to Have • Experience with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems. • Knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce). • Background in conversational AI, RAG pipelines, or vector databases.
