This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders, particularly in the sales and technology domains. The successful candidate will bring hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, full life cycle recruitment, and talent management, with a strong focus on hiring for both sales and IT/tech roles. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives and promoting a high-performance culture. Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, technology, and IT roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify top talent and build strong candidate pipelines. Sales and Tech Hiring: Develop targeted recruitment strategies for hiring high-performing sales and technical professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and market needs. Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to organizational standards and timelines. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution. HR Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to implement HR programs related to talent management, performance, engagement, and organizational development. HR Operations: Oversee and ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and practices, including documentation, data management, and reporting. Diversity & Inclusion: Support and enhance diversity hiring efforts, promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment. HR Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on recruitment metrics, turnover trends, and workforce planning to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 3-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in sales and tech/IT hiring. Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability in full life cycle recruiting, sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, and managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the talent landscape for sales and IT/tech functions, with the ability to align hiring strategies to business goals. HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
