Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Noida. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to understand market dynamics, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Daily tasks will include outbound communications, maintaining lead databases, and working closely with the marketing team to strategize generating leads. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, research, and qualify potential international leads across target industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting platforms. • Execute outbound email marketing campaigns aimed at generating quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B leads through cold outreach, follow-ups, and drip campaigns. • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, qualify leads, and ensure smooth handoff. • Analyze the performance of campaigns (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and continuously improve strategies for better ROI. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. • Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives including content strategy, social media, SEO, and webinars as needed. Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B international lead generation, preferably for SaaS or tech products. • Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Woodpecker, Lemlist, etc.). • Solid understanding of sales funnels, B2B buyer journeys, and outbound prospecting techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results. • Familiarity with digital marketing basics (SEO, paid campaigns, analytics) is a plus.
