About The Opportunity

A growth-stage player in the B2B SaaS & IT services sector, focused on helping enterprise and mid-market customers accelerate digital transformation and revenue growth. We build scalable demand-generation systems that combine data-driven outbound, inbound qualification, and automation to deliver high-quality pipeline for sales teams.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end lead-generation campaigns across channels—LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and targeted ad follow-ups—to generate qualified B2B opportunities.
  • Build and maintain searchable prospect lists using firmographic/technographic filters and enrichment tools, ensuring data hygiene in CRM.
  • Design, execute and iterate outbound sequences and A/B tests (subject lines, messaging, cadences) to optimize response and conversion rates.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery to create clear handoffs and appointment-setting for account executives.
  • Track pipeline metrics and convert insights into playbooks: ICP refinement, objection handling, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns, update ICPs, and report weekly performance to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B lead generation or sales development experience (remote-friendly).
  • Proven experience running outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing.
  • Strong CRM discipline—experience managing opportunities and activities in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with prospect enrichment and list-building tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with Google Sheets, tracking KPIs, and reporting conversion metrics.

Preferred

  • Experience in a SaaS, IT services, or technology-focused B2B sales environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with cold-email platforms (Mailshake/Lemlist) and sequence testing.
  • Experience automating workflows using Zapier or native CRM automation rules.
