Role Title: Lead Generation Specialist (primary standardized title)
About The Opportunity
A growth-stage, direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion & apparel e-commerce brand operating across India and international marketplaces. We are scaling customer acquisition and B2B wholesale pipelines using data-driven digital channels and need a remote performance-focused lead-generation specialist to drive high-quality pipeline and measurable revenue impact.Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound lead generation programs (email, LinkedIn, cold calling and paid prospecting) to consistently fill the top of funnel with qualified leads.
- Build and maintain prospect lists, enrich contact data, run targeted outreach cadences and ensure timely handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages and automation rules to improve conversion and data hygiene.
- Develop, A/B test and scale cold-email sequences, LinkedIn messaging and creatives; iterate on messaging to lower CPL and increase reply and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing to create landing pages, lead magnets and campaign assets that improve capture rates and nurture engagement.
- Track, analyse and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC); recommend and implement pipeline optimisations.
