Primary Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Remote, India)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the B2B technology and IT services sector focused on demand generation, sales enablement, and pipeline acceleration. We help enterprise and mid-market buyers discover product-market fit through scalable outbound programs, targeted account-based outreach, and analytics-driven qualification. This remote role will own lead-generation operations that feed high-quality opportunities into a growing sales funnel.Role & Responsibilities
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling) to generate qualified meetings and SQLs for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using enrichment platforms and intent data to prioritize high-value accounts and personas.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and opportunity handoffs—log activity, update lead status, and ensure accurate reporting in HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Create and A/B test messaging sequences, cadences, and subject lines to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align ICP, refine pitch, and enable scalable outreach playbooks.
  • Track campaign KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, meetings booked, conversion rates) and optimize programs based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong command of outbound playbooks, sequence design, and prioritization using intent and enrichment data.
  • Comfortable working fully remote across Indian time zones and collaborating with distributed sales/marketing teams.
