About The Opportunity
A fast-growing e-commerce business operating in the Fashion & Apparel sector (direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels). We sell lifestyle apparel across digital marketplaces and wholesale partners and are scaling customer acquisition through data-driven demand-generation and outbound sales motion. This is a fully remote role based in India, focused on building predictable pipelines and accelerating revenue growth.
Primary Title
: Lead Generation Specialist (Remote, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute and optimise multi-channel outbound lead-generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and paid prospecting) to drive qualified interest and pipeline.
- Prospect and build high-quality lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and enrichment tools; segment audiences for targeted outreach.
- Own qualification and handoff: conduct discovery, qualify leads to MQL/SQL criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot/Salesforce; log activity and ensure SLAs for follow-up.
- Continuously test messaging, templates, sequences and cadence to improve conversion rates, email deliverability and reply rates.
- Track campaign KPIs, generate weekly performance reports, and recommend optimisations to boost lead velocity and cost-per-lead efficiency.
