Job Description

Toqse Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive B2B leads across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, lead databases, and other outbound marketing strategies. 🔧 ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly.ai), and third-party databases. Identify and segment target audiences using ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria. Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, InMail, messaging sequences). Manage cold email outreach campaigns, including list building, personalization, sequencing, and deliverability optimization. Track and analyze KPIs such as open rate, response rate, qualified leads, and conversion. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure accurate tracking of lead status and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and refine targeting based on feedback. Research new tools, trends, and platforms to enhance lead generation efforts. A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and audience segments to optimize performance. 🎯 Requirements2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRMs. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Proficiency in using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or Lusha is a plus. Familiarity with sales funnels, marketing automation, and MQL/SQL metrics. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and experimentation. Prior work with international lead generation (US, UK, Middle East markets). Understanding of compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) in outbound marketing.
