Business Development Executive

Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE) – Male Candidates Only Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the IT/software solutions industry. Location:Based in pune with mandatory travel to client sites and project locations as needed. Generate leads and close deals for ERP software, custom software projects, and insurance/fintech solutions. Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored technical solutions effectively. Conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and handle negotiations with prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client needs are accurately addressed. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Candidate Requirements:Male candidates only, as this is a field role involving frequent travel. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B software/IT product sales. Strong understanding of software development life cycle, ERP modules, IoT systems, or fintech platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and deliver consistent results. Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events or trade expos. Preferred Skills:Background in IT/Software/ERP/Fintech sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical documentation. High level of professionalism, motivation, and goal-orientation.
