Position Overview The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline. The role involves proactive outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales and business development teams. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound cold calling and connect with potential clients across various industries. •

Identify and qualify leads based on business requirements and decision-making capacity.

• Manage and update lead data accurately in the CRM system (HubSpot/Zoho).

• Coordinate and support email marketing and LinkedIn outreach activities.

• Schedule appointments and share qualified leads with the sales team for further engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns.

• Maintain daily activity logs and submit weekly reports on lead generation performance.

• Consistently achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets. Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management practices (preferred). • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize calling strategies. • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual.

• Basic understanding of the B2B sales process and client engagement cycle. Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls made per day.

• Number of qualified leads generated.

• Conversion ratio (leads to meetings).
