The Role:
Lead Generation Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & List Building:
Conduct thorough market research to identify key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, CXOs, Contact Center Leaders, IT Directors) within target companies in the Indian region that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP) for CX solutions.Multi-Channel Outreach:
Execute strategic outbound campaigns using a combination of channels including cold calling, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and potentially social selling to initiate contact and generate interest.Lead Qualification:
Conduct initial discovery calls and conversations to understand prospect needs, pain points, budget, authority, timeline, and fit (BANT criteria) for eDAS.tech solutions. Effectively differentiate our offerings.Needs Analysis & Solution Mapping:
Articulate the value proposition of our specific CX products relevant to the prospect's challenges and industry context.Appointment Setting:
Schedule qualified meetings (Discovery Calls, Demos) for the Sales Leaders to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.CRM Management:
Meticulously track all activities, lead information, interactions, and qualification details within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.Nurturing:
Follow up diligently with prospects, provide relevant information (e.g., case studies, whitepapers), and nurture leads that aren't immediately sales-ready.Market Intelligence:
Gather and report on market trends, competitor activity, and prospect feedback within the EMEA CX tech space to inform sales and marketing strategies.Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, optimize campaigns, and share insights. Participate actively in sales meetings and training.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience
in a Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development role, specifically focused on technology products or SaaS solutions
.Sector Knowledge:
Demonstrable experience and understanding of the Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, CRM, or Enterprise Software
market landscape. Experience selling into these domains is highly preferred.Proven Track Record:
History of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and quotas.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
are essential. Fluency in Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and Microsoft Office Suite.Skills:
Strong research, cold calling, email writing, and active listening skills. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into business value. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-starter with a persistent, results-driven "hunter" mentality. Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
