Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Create and manage databases to track leads and analyze results.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful placements.
