### Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Research
* Identify new potential leads through LinkedIn, company databases, and digital platforms.
* Research and verify business details, decision-makers, and contact information.
* Maintain and update the CRM or lead tracking sheet daily.
2. Outreach & Cold Calling
* Make daily cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate interest.
* Handle initial client objections professionally and maintain positive communication.
* Follow up on interested leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior team.
* Record call details, response outcomes, and next steps clearly.
3. Email & LinkedIn Engagement
* Draft and send personalized cold emails or LinkedIn messages.
* Support in creating outreach scripts, follow-up templates, and lead nurturing messages.
4. Data Management & Reporting
* Update CRM records with every contact attempt and status change.
* Prepare weekly lead reports showing number of calls, responses, and conversions.
* Assist in analyzing performance data to improve outreach strategy.
5. Coordination & Support
* Work with the Business Development Manager to refine the target list and pitch style.
* Support in campaign planning, client database building, and competitor analysis.
6. Learning & Contribution
* Participate in weekly training sessions on communication, sales strategy, and lead handling.
* Stay updated on industry trends and contribute new ideas for improving conversion rate.
