Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls for U.S. clients in domains such as Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, Debt Settlement, Final Expense, SSDI, and Home Services.
  • Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and qualify their interest in the services offered.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead details in CRM systems.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
  • Ensure high-quality communication and compliance with company and client guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve call performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in international BPO or U.S. lead generation process preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work in the night shift.
