Role Description


Lead Generation Executive (B2B – IT Staffing & Partnerships)

performance-driven, commission-based role


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for IT staffing and resource augmentation services
  • Prospect clients across domestic and international markets (Startups, SMEs, Enterprises)
  • Connect with key decision-makers such as

    Founders, CEOs, CTOs, HR Heads, and IT Managers

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and hiring needs
  • Promote

    dedicated developer, hourly, and project-based engagement models

  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for smooth handover and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and pipeline status using CRM tools
  • Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets

  • Qualifications & Skills


    • Proven experience in

      B2B lead generation or business development

      (IT staffing preferred)
    • Strong understanding of

      IT staffing, offshore hiring, and resource augmentation models

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
    • Experience working with international clients is a plus
    • Familiarity with

      LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
