Role Summary

Senior SharePoint Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  SharePoint applications

  using

  SPFx, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks

  .
• Customize and extend SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2019 using client-side and server-side development techniques.
• Build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and templates to enhance SharePoint solutions.
• Work with

  Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations

  to extend business functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure application security.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team in SharePoint development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years

  of hands-on experience in

  SharePoint development

  .
• Strong expertise in

  SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

  ,

  React.js

  ,

  TypeScript

  , and modern JavaScript libraries.
• Proficiency in

  SharePoint Online (O365)

  and

  SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019)

• Experience with

  Power Automate (Flow)

  Power Apps

  , and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Good understanding of

  REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and Graph API

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization techniques

• Experience in

  Azure AD integration and authentication methods

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft

  SharePoint / M365 certifications

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with

  Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and cloud integrations

  .
• Familiarity with

  DevOps CI/CD pipelines

  for SharePoint deployments.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
