With a growing tech footprint, we work with both third-party technology service providers and a dynamic in-house development team. To accelerate our digital transformation journey and ensure robust, scalable, and secure deployments, we are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our core technology team at Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth code integration and deployment. Automate and manage cloud infrastructure to support scalable applications. Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, scalability and respond to incidents with urgency and professionalism. Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and security compliance. Configure and maintain on-premise servers, including patching, security hardening, and performance monitoring. Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet. Work closely with software development, QA, security, and IT teams to streamline the software delivery lifecycle. Evaluate, onboard, and manage TSPs in alignment with internal and regulatory security standards. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to proactively detect and resolve system issues. Implement and enforce Cyber Security protocols including firewalls, encryption, Identity and Access Management, and secure coding practices. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks through secure infrastructure design and proactive risk management. Support internal and external IT audits, regulatory inspections, and prepare detailed documentation and reports to demonstrate compliance with industry best practices. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Research and integrate emerging DevSecOps tools and technologies to continuously enhance system integrity and delivery speed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role. Show more Show less
