Job Description

Paul Merchants Finance is looking for a dynamic and experienced Information Security professional to lead and manage our InfoSec initiatives across our Lending (NBFC) and Payments (PPI License) verticals. As a dual-licensed financial services company, information security is at the heart of our operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a secure, compliant, and resilient technology environment for our rapidly growing business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Information Security framework for both NBFC and PPI operations. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, ISO/IEC standards, and data protection laws. Oversee risk assessments, security audits, and incident response protocols. Implement policies and controls for IT security, network, infrastructure, and data security. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including IT, compliance, auditors, and regulators. Conduct periodic training and awareness programs across teams. Stay updated with evolving threats and regulatory changes in the fintech and lending space. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Preferred: Master’s degree or specialization in Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer or equivalent In-depth knowledge of RBI regulatory frameworks for NBFCs and Payment Systems (PPI) Strong understanding of data privacy, network security, endpoint protection, and compliance protocols Show more Show less
