What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior/Lead Data Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to lead design and develop predictive models to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and leverage your expertise in data analysis and modeling techniques to provide valuable solutions.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with domain experts, stakeholders, and data engineers to identify and gather relevant data for analysis.
• Build strategy for Predictive Analytics.
• Data Collection and Integrations.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Develop and apply advanced analytics for organizational strategy like Prescriptive Analytics/Data optimization and simulation.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to analyze large and complex datasets.
• Work on Data exploration and Visualization.
• Extensive experience in Data communication and storytelling
• Big Data Analytics, Processing and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and trends.
• Perform feature engineering, variable selection, and model validation to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsand produce developed models for deployment in real-world systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and MLOps techniques.
• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience and leading small DS teams.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in a business or industry setting.
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working on tools like Python, Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
