Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all civil and structural engineering activities for the solar cell manufacturing plant, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and alignment with safety and sustainability standards. This role is critical in supporting infrastructure development and expansion aligned with Involt’s growth strategy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

·       Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

·       Review and approve structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

·       Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues.

·       Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for civil projects.

·       Support expansion and modification projects with structural feasibility assessments.

·       Implement quality control measures and ensure documentation is up to date.
