Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Manager / Senior Manager in Specialty Gases. The individual will be responsible for managing the project and later on daily operations of specialty gas, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing quality control. The role includes supervising a team, coordinating with other departments, executing process improvements, and managing supply chain logistics. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize production efficiency and lead projects related to the advancement of hybrid clean energy solutions.

• Experience in Specialty Gases Project and Operations in Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant
• Proficiency in safety standards compliance and team supervision
• Skills in supply chain logistics, strategic initiative development, and project management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
