We are committed to sustainability, innovation, and energy independence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Manager / Senior Manager in Specialty Gases. The individual will be responsible for managing the project and later on daily operations of specialty gas, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing quality control. The role includes supervising a team, coordinating with other departments, executing process improvements, and managing supply chain logistics. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize production efficiency and lead projects related to the advancement of hybrid clean energy solutions. Qualifications Experience in Specialty Gases Project and Operations in Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant Proficiency in safety standards compliance and team supervision Skills in supply chain logistics, strategic initiative development, and project management Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

This role is critical in supporting infrastructure development and expansion aligned with Involt’s growth strategy. Key Roles & Responsibilities: · Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural works for the manufacturing facility. · Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. · Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. · Review and approve structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. · Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues. · Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for civil projects. · Support expansion and modification projects with structural feasibility assessments. · Implement quality control measures and ensure documentation is up to date. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): · Timely completion of civil & structural milestones. · Compliance with safety and quality standards. · Budget adherence and cost optimization. · Zero non-conformities in audits and inspections. · Stakeholder satisfaction and coordination effectiveness. Qualifications · Education: Diploma/ B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Certifications/ Trainings · Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) – Preferred · Safety Compliance & Construction Management Training Experience: · Required: 8+ years in industrial construction, preferably in solar or semiconductor manufacturing. · Preferred: Experience in greenfield projects, automated plant infrastructure, and cleanroom construction. Skills & Competencies: · Behavioural: Leadership, Communication, Problem-solving · Functional: Structural Design, Project Execution, Vendor Management · System: AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, SAP (preferred) Working Conditions: · This role will be carried out within a manufacturing plant environment located near Rajkot. · May require extended hours during project phases. · Occasional travel to vendor or consultant locations.
