Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Laundry Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and be responsible for managing laundry services, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the laundry team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve laundry quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on laundry services, including inventory management and staff performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of laundry services, washing procedures, and fabric care techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
