We’re looking for a Full Stack Laravel Developer who can handle end-to-end development (frontend + backend + deployment) and work closely with the Founder on innovative projects. Role Summary You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining SaaS products, APIs, websites, and automation systems. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise across frontend, backend, database, and server deployment. You will work independently as the sole developer in the team, with minimal client interaction and direct reporting to the Founder. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Laravel (PHP). Build and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp API, and third-party services. Work on frontend development (Blade, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind, Vue/React). Handle backend systems (Laravel, PHP, MySQL, API-driven architecture). Manage database design, optimization, and queries in MySQL. Deploy applications on servers/cloud (cPanel, VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Build and manage CRM systems and SaaS products. Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization of applications. Own the UI/UX design implementation for web apps. Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and debugging. Maintain documentation, Git version control, and code best practices. Requirements Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Any relevant degree (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled). Experience: 1 – 3 years in Laravel development (strong portfolio required). Must-Have Skills: Strong PHP & Laravel framework expertise. Frontend: Blade, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Vue.js/React.js. Backend: Laravel MVC, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, middleware. Database: MySQL design, stored procedures, query optimization. Deployment: Linux servers, cPanel, VPS, AWS/DigitalOcean, Git, CI/CD (basic). Integrations: WhatsApp API, payment gateways, third-party APIs. Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Node.js. UI/UX design understanding. Cloud scaling & performance tuning. Key Skills & Traits Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. Passion for learning and implementing new technologies. Good time management, deadline discipline, and coding standards. Targets & KPIs Deliver 100% project modules within deadline. Maintain bug-free deployment (max 5% bug ratio after release). Optimize apps to ensure 90%+ performance efficiency. Ensure zero downtime during deployment. Build minimum 2–3 SaaS/web projects per quarter (depending on complexity). Maintain proper Git commits, documentation, and versioning. Compensation & Perks Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
