About the Company
ResoBrand Dynamics Industries LLP is an emerging tech startup, providing Official WhatsApp Business API, website development, digital marketing, and automation solutions for Indian businesses.
We are a small team of 2–3 people, working hands-on across all departments — sales, marketing, tech, and operations. Every team member directly contributes to business growth and is expected to take ownership, learn fast, and adapt to new responsibilities.
Job Purpose
The Telecaller will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining services, generating leads, scheduling demos, following up, and closing sales.
Since this is a startup role, the candidate will also be involved in data handling, documentation, CRM updates, coordination, and experimental new projects as business needs evolve.
Core Responsibilities
1. Calling & Lead Generation
Make 250–500 outbound calls per day using company-provided or verified databases.
Identify interested clients, qualify them based on need and budget, and note complete details.
Maintain updated lead records in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Generate 10–50 valid leads per day, converting 2–5 into demos or sales.
2. Product Pitching
Clearly explain ResoBrand’s services — especially Official WhatsApp Business API, automation, and marketing solutions.
Tailor communication to the client’s business type (e.g. retailers, agencies, institutes, salons, etc.).
Answer doubts logically and confidently; avoid overpromising.
3. Follow-ups & Closures
Conduct timely follow-ups for leads, demos, and payments.
Convert warm leads to paying clients through effective communication and need-based selling.
Maintain a structured record of all conversations (interested, not interested, follow-up date, etc.).
4. Reporting & Data Management
Update Google Sheets or CRM daily with accurate lead data.
Track personal performance metrics: calls made, demos done, closures achieved.
Submit daily summary reports to management.
5. New & Additional Tasks (Startup Responsibilities)
Because the company is small and fast-growing, you’ll also handle:
Creating WhatsApp templates or short scripts for outreach.
Coordinating with technical partners or freelancers.
Helping with basic client onboarding or documentation.
Contributing ideas for improving sales, campaigns, or workflows.
Taking initiative in new projects — marketing campaigns, automation testing, or outreach strategy.
Expected Outcomes
Daily productivity: 250+ calls, 100+ quality conversations.
Daily leads: 10–50.
Weekly demos: 20–40.
Monthly closures: 15–25 (approximate, based on leads).
Maintain 100% accuracy in data and timely reporting.
Required Skills & Qualities
Languages: Hindi, Gujarati, and English (mandatory).
Personality: Confident, persuasive, patient, and quick learner.
Work ethic: Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable under minimal supervision.
Tech comfort: Able to use Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools, and web-based systems.
Learning mindset: Open to taking new roles and responsibilities as the company grows.
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 6 months+ in telesales, customer service, or business development preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skill and experience)

Reporting To
Founder & CEO (Direct Reporting)
No layers of management — direct communication, feedback, and decision-making.

This is not a corporate call center role.
It’s a startup position where you’ll work closely with the founder, handle multiple responsibilities, and contribute directly to company growth.
