We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team and lead end-to-end client acquisition. Role Summary As a Business Development Executive (Sales), you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, pitching solutions, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. You will report directly to the Founder, giving you exposure to strategy, business decision-making, and fast-track growth. Key Responsibilities Work on three types of lead data: Interested Leads – conduct discovery calls, understand requirements, and close deals. Blind Leads – cold call, qualify interest, and convert to prospects. Raw Data – reach out via cold calls, create interest, and generate leads. Perform 100+ cold calls daily to identify and engage prospects. Generate 80–100 new prospects per month through cold calling, data cleaning, scanning, and sorting. Conduct 25+ meetings per week (online/offline) with potential clients. Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client requirements. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualifying → pitching → negotiating → closing. Achieve minimum 15 closures per month with a revenue target of ₹1,00,000+. Maintain accurate records on CRM, pipeline, and sales reports. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on SaaS/marketing industry trends. Requirements Education: BBA / BCA / MBA graduate (mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales/business development (excluding projects/internships). Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory); Gujarati & Marathi (preferred). Industry Background: Not mandatory (SaaS/IT/Marketing knowledge preferred). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools & Excel. Familiarity with WhatsApp API, chatbot automation, and website development preferred. Skills Excellent communication & presentation skills (fluent, persuasive, confident). Strong sales skills – objection handling, negotiation, and deal closing. Analytical mindset – ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Tech-savvy & proactive with a strong problem-solving attitude. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance). We’re looking for a Full Stack Laravel Developer who can handle end-to-end development (frontend + backend + deployment) and work closely with the Founder on innovative projects. Role Summary You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining SaaS products, APIs, websites, and automation systems. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise across frontend, backend, database, and server deployment. You will work independently as the sole developer in the team, with minimal client interaction and direct reporting to the Founder. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Laravel (PHP). Build and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp API, and third-party services. Work on frontend development (Blade, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind, Vue/React). Handle backend systems (Laravel, PHP, MySQL, API-driven architecture). Manage database design, optimization, and queries in MySQL. Deploy applications on servers/cloud (cPanel, VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Build and manage CRM systems and SaaS products.
