About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Kronos Consultant with deep expertise in Workforce Dimensions (WFD), Workforce Management (WFM), and Workforce Central (WFC). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end implementations and hands-on configuration of Kronos solutions, along with proven client engagement and project leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Kronos (WFD/WFM/WFC) implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
• Perform hands-on configuration across Kronos modules including:
• Timekeeping & Scheduling
• Pay Policies & Accruals
• Access Controls & Security
• Employment Terms & Business Process Models
• ESS/MSS and related building blocks
• Conduct design workshops, UAT sessions, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Partner with clients to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and compliance needs.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, test plans, and migration checklists.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide best practices in Kronos implementation and configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for integrations, enhancements, and support activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–15 years of experience in Kronos WFD/WFM/WFC implementation and configuration.
• Strong track record of leading multiple full-cycle Kronos implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring pay policies, accruals, scheduling, access/security, and business processes.
• Experience in testing, migration, cutover planning, and production support.
• Good knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management, workshops, and solutioning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Systems, or related field.
• Certification in Kronos WFD / WFM / WFC (preferred, not mandatory).
