Experience in Kronos WFD/WFC ( Workforce Dimension/Central):
1) Extensive application support experience on UKG-Workforce Dimensions & Workforce Central, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:
2) Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance and user acceptance testing activities for large-scale timekeeping and workforce applications
3) Kronos WIM Interface Tool
4) Contributed to the creation of various reports within WFC.
5) Developed reports using the BIRT Tool in WFD.
6) Coordinating all facets of application upgrades
7) Device management (clocks, web, etc.)
8) Good knowledge in SQL and/or other query tools
9) Participate in requirement gathering for identified changes (small and medium enhancements) based on Request for Change documents, and translate business needs into technical/functional design specifications.
10) Collaborate with the technical consultant and other project team members to ensure configuration of the functional specifications have been met.
11) Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
12) Strong interpersonal skills
13) Excellent written and oral communication skills
