Kronos Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, and managing integrations for enterprise systems as a skilled Kronos Consultant specializing in Kronos. Your expertise in the Boomi AtomSphere platform will be crucial in delivering robust integration solutions, supporting upgrades, and ensuring seamless deployments across various environments. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize professional services concepts to implement software solutions in diverse environments. - Design, code, test, and deploy integration solutions using the Boomi AtomSphere platform, including custom connectors, maps, and APIs. - Manage seamless data integration between Kronos, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. - Upgrade existing systems by implementing comprehensive, like-for-like solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance improvements. SDLC Process Adherence: - Follow the SDLC process to provide robust interface solutions from requirements gathering to deployment. - Develop design documents, ensuring clear articulation of system workflows and data mappings. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement feedback for system refinement. - Deploy and release solutions into the production environment, ensuring stability and reliability. Collaboration and Analysis: - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct a detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data dependencies. - Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, process workflows, and training materials. Support and Maintenance: - Provide post-deployment handoff to global support teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation. - Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing integrations, adhering to industry best practices for optimization. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in integration development, with a focus on the Boomi AtomSphere platform. - Boomi AtomSphere Platform Expertise: Proficiency in connectors, maps, processes, APIs, and custom integrations. - SDLC Knowledge: Hands-on experience in following SDLC processes, from requirements gathering to deployment. - EDI Integration: Strong experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and integrations. - Technical Proficiency: Expertise in coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying interfaces in production environments. - Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze workflows, data mappings, and dependencies for effective integration design.
