Job Description

As an experienced professional in Kronos Workforce Management, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Extensive consulting/technical experience in end-to-end Kronos implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. - Well versed with Requirements Gathering, Solution Design and Development, Quality Assurance, Deployment, Post Go-Live Support, and End User Education. - Good working knowledge of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Connect, Workforce Analytics, and Workforce Integration Manager. - Experience in Kronos version/service pack upgrade. In addition to your technical responsibilities, as a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will have the opportunity to: - Actively aid the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, solution generation, and design and deployment. - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research and build POCs. - Create requirement specifications, define processes, and detailed functional designs based on business needs. - Support configuring solution requirements, diagnose issues, and identify solution alternatives. - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers. - Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring data. - Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends in the industry. - Apply logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions. - Possess one or two industry domain knowledge.
