About the Role We are looking for experienced Domestic IT Recruiters with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment in the Indian IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing IT positions across various technologies for contract and full-time roles. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Understand client requirements thoroughly (technical, functional, and soft skills). Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), internal database, and networking. Conduct detailed screening to evaluate technical fit, communication, and stability. Submit qualified profiles to the client with accurate details. Schedule interviews and coordinate with the client and candidate until closure. 2. Stakeholder Management Interact with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring priorities. Ensure timely updates and maintain a professional, responsive communication flow. 3. Candidate Management Build and maintain a talent pipeline for major skill sets. Create trust-based relationships with candidates from first touch to onboarding. Engage candidates to reduce dropouts & negotiation issues during the offer stage. 4. Delivery & Performance Support multiple requirements simultaneously with a quick turnaround time. Ensure quality submissions and adherence to client expectations. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets. Required Skills & Experience 57 years of strong experience in Domestic IT recruitment (contract & full-time). Proven ability in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Strong understanding of IT skills: ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Infrastructure, Data roles, etc. Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage pressure and deliver within timelines. Experience working in a staffing/consulting environment preferred. Preferred Qualifications Any graduate degree. Familiarity with using ATS or recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and mentor junior recruiters if required.
