As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, upgrading, and managing integrations for enterprise systems, with a specialization in Kronos. Your responsibilities will include utilizing professional services concepts to implement software solutions, designing, coding, testing, and deploying integration solutions using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will be responsible for managing seamless data integration between Kronos, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications, as well as upgrading existing systems to ensure compatibility and performance improvements. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kronos Consultant with deep expertise in configuring and maintaining UKG (formerly Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central, specializing in accrual and attendance rules. This is a critical role supporting our HR operations, requiring a proactive, solutions-oriented individual to ensure accurate and compliant time and attendance management for our employees Location: Chennai & Hyderabad Mode: HYBRID ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Accrual Configuration & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain complex accrual policies within UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central, ensuring accurate calculation of employee leave balances based on various factors (e.g., tenure, job classification, performance) Attendance Policy Implementation: Configure and implement time and attendance policies, adhering to legal and company requirements. This includes managing exception handling, shift patterns, and overtime calculations. System Administration & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system-related issues related to timekeeping, leave accruals, and attendance discrepancies. Provide proactive system maintenance and monitoring. Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain custom reports using UKG reporting tools, providing insightful data on employee time, attendance, and leave usage.
