Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team, specializing in Continental or South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Continental or South Indian cuisine.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
