Role & responsibilities

Guest Interaction & Service:

Greet guests courteously and escort them to their tables.

Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve food and beverages efficiently and as per service standards.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly handle any complaints or special requests.

Ensure timely clearing of tables and resetting for the next guests

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
